A Colorado police officer films a silent, flashing orb on consecutive nights; transcripts and phone clips released

In Release 06 on 18 September 2026 the Department of War published a Local Law Enforcement group of records: transcripts (LLE-UAP-D001 to D004) and four phone clips (PR001 to PR004). In the 1 October 2023 account an officer describes a silent orb about 300 feet up with red, blue and green flashing lights, stationary for about 15 minutes and then moving toward him, with a radar check showing no aircraft. A later transcript says it was 'the second night in a row' and that an object had shone a red and blue beam into the patrol car the night before. One clip runs about 15 minutes.

Caveats
The dates conflict between sources: the Denver Gazette ties the 300-foot orb account to 1 October 2023, while a release index and the clip title put the D004 transcript on 2 January 2024. The agency and location are redacted. AARO blurred part of the video, and officials note that phone autofocus and image processing can distort distant lights. The footage itself is a dot that appears to move. The war.gov files were not opened.
