An infrared clip shows several unidentified objects near Columbus, Ohio
November 2022 · Columbus, Ohio · Sighting · Secondary sources only
The second PURSUE batch, around 22 May 2026, included a roughly 90-second clip recorded in November 2022 and titled 'Several Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Encountered in the Vicinity of Columbus, OH' (a link names it DOW-UAP-PR073). AARO assessed it as likely from an infrared sensor on a military platform in the U.S. Northern Command area, and a user uploaded it to a classified network in 2023.
Why it matters (3/5)
A military-sensor clip the government formally released as an unresolved case, though the public record on it is thin.
Caveats
The news report names no witnesses and gives no release number, and the clip is grainy. The war.gov page was not opened.
