1968 · Boulder, Colorado · Government report · Primary document linked
An Air Force-funded study run by the University of Colorado (1966-1968) produced a roughly 1,500-page report. Its overall conclusion was that studying UFOs had added nothing to scientific knowledge and that further extensive study was not justified.
Why it matters (4/5)

Caveats
